   Las personas que me conocen, casi todas hablan de mi inteligencia, oh si mi inteligencia, agrazdezco mucho a Dios la inteligencia que el me dió, pero es que no tengo otra cualidad, estoy cansado que solo me digan inteligente, inteligente, inteligente, yo solo trato de ser lo mejor de mimismo, servir a Dios, y si  uso mucho mi cerebro, pero creo tener otros talentos, pero esos a casi nadie le interesan, solo soy muy inteligente, en fin espero que algun día alguen me diga hermano Abner, es usted muy servicial, es usted muy amable, es usted un buen hermano, pero por ahora soy solo inteligente.  Yo en cambio veo tu verdadero yo, me enfoco en resaltar las mejores cualidades de los demás, veo su potencial, los animo a ser mejores, creo firmmente en que van a progresar y van a ser tan geniales, que me sentire bendecido de ser su amigo, su hermano, decirme que soy inteligente, es agradable, pero quisiera que se reconozcan mis otras virtudes,

Gracias Elder Clawson por su tiempo en nuestro Barrio, fue muy grato trabajar con usted, siempre tan responsable, de verdad que siempre quedaba impresionado por su amor a la obra del  Señor, bueno cuidese mucho, recuerde que algún día sea aqui o sea alla, estoy seguro nos veremos, esperamos que se case pronto,  jajajajajajaja, bueno muchas bendciones.

Los estandares de belleza, que últimamente nos estan inundando hacen que uno aveces piense que  horrible soy, empiezan las comparaciones, la gente dice crei que era guapo, guapa, pero cuado vemos la televisión, las revistas aparece gente con belleza inalcanzable, cuerpos perfectos, caras perfectas, piel perfecta, y decimos, ellos transnochan, beben, fuman se drogan, y lucen asi, uno se cuida y nada, no logra nada, lo peor las chicas, eso les trae grandes dificultades, estar flacas, estar bien maquilladas y aun asi quedan insatisfechas, lo que no se han puesto a pensar que muchas veces no todo lo que brilla es oro.

La verdad es que las fotos son retocadas digitalmente, y los videos tambien tienen filtros, muchas de esas estrellitas realmente tienen acne, secuelas de malas noches, cabellos horribles de tanto quimico, y su piel no es mas que un filtro de programa de edicion de imagenes o video.

¿Por qué hablo de esto? porque me molesta que seamos tan tontos, frivolos y tan mal agradecidos, (Eter 3: 14-16)Dios nos ha hecho perfectos para este tiempo, asi como somos, el nos ha creado a su imagen y semejanza (Moisés 6:8–10, 22, 59) somos su progenie. Debemos cuidar nuestro cuerpo si, pero sin menospreciar la obra de ese ser tan maravilloso que por amor nos envió aqui a la tierra , deja de sufrir, por tonterias enfocate en lo que realmente es importante, en aquello que durara para siempre, (Romanos 12:3 al 8) (1 Corintios 12:28-31) cultivar dones espirituales, (1 Nefi 11:23) el amor puro de Cristo, el desear hacer bien a los demás, en ser feliz solo por el hecho de existir y que eres valioso para el Ser que te creo (2 Nefi 2. 25).  Ámate, quiérete, cuídate, vive feliz y enseña a otros a ser felices; eso es lo que el señor desea para eso has sido creado el evangelio de Jesucristo es la mejor herramienta, busca guía en el señor, creo firmemente que quienes leen el Libro de Mormon, son felices y su felicidad será eterna, lo se y lo comparto, porque ellos pueden entender más claramente el evangelio de Jesucristo y saber a plenitud el próposito de sus vidas aqui en la tierra.  

"Amazing Grace"

We’ve all heard “Amazing Grace” sung in many forms, from the country to pop, Celtic to gospel. Artists such as Aretha Franklin, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Rod Stewart and Willie Nelson have recorded it and it has been used in many films and pop culture settings. The hymn is one of the most recognizable English language songs and has been recorded over 6,600 times. "It may be the most recorded song on the planet," said Jerry Bailey, executive at Broadcast Music, Inc., of Nashville.
Mack Wilberg, director the Mormon Tabernacle Choir arranged his own version of “Amazing Grace,” which starts with the men singing in unison, gradually adds vocal parts and builds to an awe-inspiring culmination of harmonies. Of the hymn itself Wilberg said, "It's a perfect marriage of text and tune…it just resonates in a way that few other hymns do." He added, "It has universal appeal.”
The lyrics to the Christian hymn were written by English poet and clergyman John Newton and were published in 1779. Growing up without religious faith, Newton wrote the words from personal experience. His spiritual conversion came while he was aboard a ship during a violent storm when called out to God for mercy. Although the hymn has been set to more than 20 melodies, it was set to a tune named “New Britain” in 1835, which is the melody most commonly heard today.

In the video below, the Choir performs “Amazing Grace” from the banks of the Missouri River, which was filmed while the Choir was on tour in 2011. In this rendition, arranged by Wilberg, bagpipes begin the hymn and percussion is added as the music builds in intensity. The hymn is included on the album Come Thou Fount of Every Ble

Aún no puedo cantar, tengo la garganta, mala, la verdad es que aún me duele mucho, y como aveces hablo mucho se pone pero cuando llego a casa relamente me frustro mucho, lo que mas me gusta es cantar himnos, espero poder recuperarme pronto y poder cantar este hermoso himno, en Dios esta puesta mi confianza.

Este Bautismo fue espectacular, la verdad es que es grato ver como gente que conoces hace mucho tiempo y que creias que jamss se bautizarían cuando es el momento adecuado el señor toca sus corazones, y llegan a sentir y saber que este evangelio es verdadero, estoy muy feliz de haber sido parte de este acontecimeinto tan genial y sobre todo haberlo dirigido, gracias Señor por permitirns ser parte de esta maravillosa obra.

Elder Casana, fue muy chevere tenerle aqui en el barrio, pero como el tiempo pasa y ahora solo decir adios, espero que  realmente el señor lo cuide y lo ayude en su mision y aprenda a ser un buen lider.
